Attorney Anessa Allen Santos provides concierge general counsel services to technology companies worldwide on matters of blockchain and fintech, corporate transactions, intellectual property, and securities. A former adjunct law professor, Anessa is a frequent guest lecturer for the Florida Bar Association, and at select universities, conferences, and podcasts on emerging technology topics such as market cannibalism at the National Press Club, and at the Cryptocurrency Act of 2020 on Capitol Hill. 

A recipient of the prestigious 2020 Silver Stevie Award for Solo Female Entrepreneur of the Year, Anessa has been repeatedly voted among Orlando's Legal Elite and has been recognized for her work in human rights law by Marquis Who's Who of Top Attorneys. Also a published academic in the peer-reviewed Florida Bar Journal, she has been featured by the nationally syndicated Daily Flash, the Florida Hi-Tech Corridor, and in Humans of Blockchain.

Anessa enjoys serving as a business law mentor at Orlando's technology accelerator “Starter Studio”. She is a Director on the Board of the Florida Blockchain Business Association, and is a frequest contributor to the Florida Bar Technology Law Committee. In addition to managing her growing practice, Anessa serves as General Counsel to the Libra Project, a family of ESG companies headquartered in Abu Dhabi, UAE dedicated to developing renewable energy projects powered by social impact investments; Byte Federal, a financial services company located in Venice, Florida, providing cryptocurrency to fiat conversion services at ATM terminals deployed throughout the U.S.; and to Buffalo Pacific, an innovative medical technology solutions company with principal offices in Dayton, Ohio. She also serves as Chief Compliance Officer to OuroX, a digital securities and asset exchange startup headquartered in Suriname.
 

Anessa is proud alumna of Oxford's Saïd Business School where she studied Blockchain Strategies and Financial Technology. She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton and a Bachelor’s in International Diplomacy from Wright State University.
